User Accounts

Feature Requests

When submitting feature requests:

- Provide clear and constructive feedback

- Do not submit duplicate requests

- Do not submit requests that violate these terms

- Understand that we may not implement all requested features

- Maintain respectful communication in feature discussions

- The App and its original content are owned by us

- Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without permission

- All App-related intellectual property is protected by law

Your Rights

- You retain rights to your user-generated content

Disclaimer of Warranties

Subscriptions

Subscription Terms

- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis

- You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account

- Subscription prices may vary by region and are subject to change

- You will be notified of any price changes before they take effect

- Refunds are handled in accordance with App Store policies

Auto-Renewal

- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period

- You can manage and turn off auto-renewal in your App Store account settings

Cancellation

- You can cancel your subscription at any time

- Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period

- You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your billing period

- No partial refunds are provided for unused periods

Free Trial

- If offered, free trials will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled

- You can cancel during the trial period to avoid being charged

- Only one free trial is available per subscription type

Governing Law

These terms are governed by:

- The laws of England and Wales

- Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales

- The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall not apply

- We comply with UK and EU consumer protection laws

- For EU users, these terms are subject to mandatory EU consumer protection laws

Data Protection

We comply with:

- UK Data Protection Act 2018

- UK GDPR

- EU GDPR (for EU users)

- California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) for California residents

International Users

The App is available worldwide, and we welcome users from all countries. However, please note:
